BILTONG, JERKY & DROEWORS

The process begins with the responsible sourcing of high-quality cuts of prime beef. We want to ensure that the meat we process comes from happy, healthy livestock that are reared correctly and are cared for from farm to market.
This is fundamental to the taste and quality of our products and may reflect in our price.
You may find a cheaper product from another supplier, but the taste and quality of our products cannot be matched. 
The unmissable flavour of free range grass fed beef is simply the way beef is supposed to taste.
Our products are crafted on site in small batches using special blends of selected ingredients, often freshly ground, creating a nuance of flavours.
Tumbled under vacuum to infuse the spice with beef then marinated and slowly dry air cured or smoked into rich slabs of carnivore heaven.
Every stage of our process has strict quality control measures in place to ensure that the final product is delicious and meets every customers expectations.
